Shahi Paneer Masala

Cut 250g fresh Paneer pieces. Make paste of 60g Onion & of 100g Tomato. Also make paste of 6 cashew nut with water. Fry Onion in 50g Ghee/Oil. Add tomato puree & fry. Now mix cashew nut paste, salt 10-15g Chaubejee Shahi Paneer Masala. Water and fry. Add Paneer pieces and let coook for 5 minutes. Shahi Paneer is ready to serve.


Ingredients: Salt White, Salt Black, Cumine Seed, Turmeric, Coriander Seed, Cardomom, White Pepper, Cinnamon, Mace, Clove, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Tejpatta, Clove Leaves, Nutmeg, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dry Ginger, Ani Seed, Asafoetida, Red Chilli.
