Roasted pieces of Adrak, Onion, Grinded Haldi Dhania, Tomatoes and Hari Mirch in a pot then mix with it. The boiled Cholas and then cook it. Make it tasteful with the mixture of CHANA MASALA and KASURI METHI. Add salt as required.

CHANA MATAR CHAT: mix Chana Masala in Boiled Chana and Matar with salt then add to it pieces of Hara Dhania, Tomatoes and Nimbu.
